Poultry Mortadella

Do you know how we managed to give our mortadella the taste and texture of authentic traditional cuisine? Our meat comes from free range chickens raised in open air farmland. We respect their natural growth cycle and care about their welfare. For this reason, they are fed with 100 % vegetable food, based on corn and cereals, just like our grandparents did. Our chickens are raised on traditional and environmentally friendly farms. This is how we achieve a more sustainable production that promotes rural and local trade.
